Curate your package.
Hand pick the items that best fit your day with our uncomplicated and streamlined package process. No need for extra math, taxes, fees and gratuities are pre-included in your package prices.
Contract & Deposit
Virtual sign your contract and make your 1/3rd deposit to officially claim your date and get started on your planning process.

All the choice is yours, but the logistics are on us.
Planning your wedding day.
Intake Meeting
We will meet once you have completed your booking process to discuss all the basics of wedding planning as well as see if there are any of our unique decor pieces you want to use and give you personalized vendor recommendations and our preferred vendor list.
Halfway
We will meet again halfway to your day to gather details on your vendors, check in on what we can assist you on, create a custom cocktail menu, and a timeline of your day so you know exactly what to tell your vendors as their questionnaires start rolling in.
Calls, Texts, and Emails
We are available throughout your entire planning process via phone call, text, or email to assist with any questions you have about vendors, your planning process, or our space and are happy to be your sounding board for new ideas and recommendations!
1 Month out Walkthrough
Your final meeting is usually held in person so you can pull items to use from our resource room, create a custom floorplan with our day of coordinator and go over all the details. We want to make sure we know everything about your day so when it comes we can be a one stop shop for all your vendors questions and needs.
It’s time to pass the torch!
We are ready to take over and make your day everything you have imagined and planned for and so much more.
Our team is on-site all day to help your day run exactly how you envisioned.
Your day is here and we are ready to celebrate.
The week of your big day.
We will get your final seating chart and finish off your custom floorplan so the venue will be set up and ready to go!
The night before.
We can schedule a time for a drop off of rentals and supplies and if we don’t have a wedding the day before we can even schedule you a short rehearsal run through.
The day of.
Our team will be on-site from morning until night to make sure every aspect of your day goes according to plan.
The day after.
If you chose a pack up clean up option you will be able to pick up supplies from your day the next morning as well as have any rentals picked up at this time as well.
