Vanessa and Joe may call Texas home, but with most of their family located on the East Coast, they knew that having a destination wedding in Pennsylvania was going to be the best fit for their big day.
Vanessa and Joe began their day in our bridal suites before indulging in a series of heartfelt first looks—first with their son, then the bride’s father, and finally, the groom. They captured these precious moments in the enchanting Brodhead Creek Park, just five minutes from The Armory, where the beautiful lake and wooded areas provided a stunning backdrop. We love recommending this park for its picturesque views and easy-to-navigate paved paths, perfect for heels.
Using The Armory’s shuttle service, Vanessa and Joe enjoyed a seamless journey to the park and ensured their guests were comfortably transported to and from the venue. The couple exchanged personal vows in a heartfelt on-site ceremony that included a sand-pouring ritual for their blended family. Their ceremony was filled with excitement and joy, perfectly setting the tone for the evening.
As the sun set, the couple snuck out for golden hour photos across the street before returning to a night filled with celebration and a delectable meal. We were thrilled to see the incredible team of vendors this couple brought in to create an unforgettable event at our space.
